Dota2 firstSculpt


Finally started sculpting . The top is roughly what I'm going for with the end result. Valve has been kind enough to extend the competition an extra two weeks so I may find the time to add more details as it progresses.

More armor and weapon updates (Dota 2)

 Some more weapon designs for the Lone Druid. Since his weapon is thrown I thought it'd be fun if he either had a bee hive attached to a stick, or if I could somehow make a honey spoon design that looks somewhat like a grenade.

In 1. and 5. I've tried incorporating honey pots into armor pieces. 5. being more reminiscent of plated samurai pieces.

Dota2 Polycount Contest



Hey all! The wonderful people at Valve are hosting a competition on Polycount for original item sets for a slew of their characters from Dota2. Here is the beginnings of my contribution to the challenge. I've picked the character Lone Druid which can transform into a bear. Here I'm trying to mix both a Celtic looking style with patterns reminiscent of honeycombs.

45min Character



 
So I was wandering around the Polycount forums when I found a thread for posting work you're never going to finish and a few people started this trend of 45min sculpts. I thought that was such a great idea! So here's one I made out of ZSpheres. If you guys like these maybe I'll keep posting them once in a while.
